Shipping Policy
Shipping fees include postage, packaging and handling fee. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. Postage fee for items are charged according to weight and you can choose to have them delivered by regular, registered or express post. Insurance is available at extra cost, please enquire prior to purchase.

Delivery (regular post): 2-5 working days
Delivery (express post): 1-3 working days
International orders:

Delivery method: Regular Airmail. Urgent deliveries will incur a surcharge.
Returns Policy
We take special care in packaging the products and they are inspected for damage prior to shipment. Once the products leave our premises we can not be held responsible for damage or loss of item during shipment. Refunds will be provided for insured items and registered post items only. For items to be mailed outside of Australia, please enquire about insurance costs prior to payment.
If you find that the product has a defect or it is not to your satisfaction, please email us within 3 days of receipt and wait for our authorisation to return the items in their original packaging within 3 days of our notice. A refund for the defective product is only possible provided that the item is still in their original condition. This also applies for items to be exchanged. Please note that the shipping fee is not refundable and replacement or exchange items will only be mailed after receipt of the original items and any outstanding payment.
No refund will be provided if you changed your mind about your purchase, however we are happy to offer you an exchange or a store credit voucher.
