1) Are all items shown on your online store currently in stock? 
Yes, all items shown on our online store are currently in stock, unless stated otherwise.

2) I have some model kits that I would like you to assemble and paint, how do I proceed with it?
Please contact us using the online form at the contact us page and   state the model kit brand and number so that we can give you an accurate quote. If you wish to proceed, we will request you to send in your model kits to us or we can purchase them directly from our suppliers. At this stage, a 30% deposit will be needed. Once they have been built, we will email you detailed photos of the finished models for your approval. Further changes can still be made if required. If you are satisfied, your models will be shipped to you immediately upon payment of the remaining amount.

3) What if you do not carry the type/brand of model kits that I am looking for?
We build and paint all sorts of model kits. If we do not carry that particular brand, we can still purchase it from our suppliers on your behalf.

4) Do you do repair or model repainting? 
Yes, we can help in repairing and repainting an old painted model. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

5) Are you able to modify certain figurines/models? 
Yes, our model builders are skilled in sculpting and modifying figurines/models.
